Unravel the behind-the-scenes secrets of many of the special effects and marvel at the animatronics that made sets such as Dumbledore’s office and the Great Hall so spellbinding. Come face to face with the fabled Platform 9 ¾, and snap pictures of the baggage trolley as it vanishes through the platform wall. Second Amazing experience with my daughter. Smooth transition from bus station and back.
Although I’d like to point out the first drive taking us to Harry Potter was an awful driver. Constantly breaking hard. The coach was very hot. No circulation. No air. I felt very sick.
On the way back the driver was great. Very smooth.

My wife and I are huge Harry Potter fans. Unfortunately the studio website was sold out when we were going to be visiting so I booked this tour and wow!! What a great experience. Departure was easy! Had plenty of time to look around and then the ride back to London was smooth as well. Great experience!

The money and time invested is not worth it. The experience is absolutely silly, not even entretaining for small kids, a total waste of money.

This is more an activity for people interested in how movies are made than kids who want to engage with the magic of Harry Potter. It did a lot of demystifying, showing how the magic was created, but didn’t bring you into the world of Hogwarts. This is a good trip for the film makers of tomorrow; it’s terrible for kids who want the magic to continue.

The experience was amazing and I definitely recommend booking through a third party like this tour for ease of getting to and from the studio. However we were given a time to return to the coach with no later option. It wasn’t quite enough time and we had to rush through the last third of the Harry Potter tour, missing a few things to meet the group for departure. An extra hour would have been ideal. It was extremely stuffy and hot on the return ride back which made it very uncomfortable after a long day walking around. Communication was good and clear in regards to pickup and drop off.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish!! I would recommend this to any and everyone, even those who have never seen any of the movies. This experience would make you want to go back and watch the movies all over again!!!

The bus was a little cold (not helpful in Winter), and the driver wasn’t the friendliest human (not rude, but not friendly and chatty either). We kind of expected more of an interactive experience on the way to and from the destination (maybe trivia or at least playing one of the movies on the TV). The overall time given to be there is pretty good, if a little rushed. We didn’t get dropped off back inside the station so it was a little confusing for a bit to get our bearings. At the end of the day though, it was helpful to be taken directly to Wizarding World, so for that convenience it was helpful.

It was so thoughtfully curated. It's quite a large exhibit as well. You need at least 3 hours to do it justice. Also, no need to purchase the audio tour. There are videos and live tour guides presenting throughout the exhibit. The food was quite good too. I highly recommend this tour.
